  1. Start with your own export

    Choose eBay in the importer and select an active-listings CSV report. Use the in-app file guidance to identify the supported report. Save a copy you can select on the same device.

    The listing importer accepts Vinted account-data ZIP files and eBay active-listing CSV reports. It creates private drafts for review before publication.

  2. Read the preview and confirm ownership

    Confirm that the photos are yours and that you understand the drafts remain private. Review the file preview before creating drafts.

    The export is read on your device. Listing fields and selected photos are sent to SilentSale® to create drafts; the whole archive is not uploaded.

  3. Know what carries across

    The supported CSV creates starter drafts using fields such as title, price, category and condition. Add your own photos and description; the standard report does not provide those for the importer.

  4. Fix missing details and publish

    Open Your imports, use the status filters, then choose Review & edit or Review & publish. Check price, category, condition, description and photos in the normal editor.

    Review every imported item, confirm its category and condition, fill in missing details and publish through the normal listing editor. Importing does not automatically publish items.

  5. Keep your other listings in step

    Do not assume importing removes a listing elsewhere or keeps inventory in sync. Once an item sells, check your other listings yourself so you do not offer the same item twice. Unsupported, sold or hidden items may be skipped.

    There are no listing costs. The standard seller contribution to SilentCover® is deducted after a successful sale; review your earnings preview.

What should I check before completing the order?

For Shipping, report problems within 72 hours after confirmed delivery, or the collection scan for a locker or parcel-shop order. Confirming receipt closes the window early, so inspect first. PIN Pickup is an in-person handover. The buyer inspects the item before sharing their six-digit PIN; the seller enters it in the app to complete the order. The PIN is acceptance. There is no shipping, tracking or post-handover dispute window.
