Test and describe the phone
Record the model, storage, visible damage, battery information available in settings and any repairs. Test charging, cameras, speakers and buttons. Say which accessories are included.
Prepare your data before handover
Back up what you need, follow the manufacturer’s account-removal and reset instructions, and remove your SIM and memory card. Check the phone can reach its setup screen without your account. Never share your account password with the buyer.
Keep item evidence without publishing private details
Keep a private record of identifying details and condition for any later review. Crop personal notifications, addresses and account details from listing photos.

Before booking Shipping, check the available courier’s battery and packaging rules. For PIN Pickup, arrange a condition check before the buyer accepts with their PIN.
