Photograph the details buyers compare
Take your own photos of both shoes, soles, heels, toe boxes and size labels. Include creasing, worn tread and damaged stitching. Photograph the box only if it is included.
Write a useful description
Give the model, labelled UK size, fit notes, condition and any repairs or odours. Do not describe a pair as unworn if you have worn it. Keep provenance evidence and avoid claims you cannot support.
Price the pair in its actual condition
Compare the same model and size with similar wear. An asking price is not evidence of a completed sale. Explain why accessories or condition affect your price.
Prepare the handover
Support the shape while packing and protect the shoes from movement. If using PIN Pickup, give the buyer time to check both shoes and the labels before acceptance.
Understand the sale before you publish
There are no listing costs. The standard seller contribution to SilentCover® is deducted after a successful sale; review your earnings preview.
SilentCover® is a discretionary protection service under the SilentSale® Terms. Both sides protected equally: buyer and seller each contribute £0.30 + 3% of the item price. Decisions depend on the Terms and evidence.
Tracked delivery starts from £2.96, with available services and the price shown at checkout. Use a SilentSale®-issued label and check parcel size, weight and contents before dispatch.
PIN Pickup is an in-person handover. The buyer inspects the item before sharing their six-digit PIN; the seller enters it in the app to complete the order. The PIN is acceptance. There is no shipping, tracking or post-handover dispute window.
