    List marks, faults and missing parts before the meeting. Arrange enough time to check those details. For powered items, agree how the buyer can see them working. Keep arrangements in the app.

    Open the order yourself. A payment screenshot, email or promise is not the order status.

    Stripe processes payments and holds funds until the order completes.

  3. Do not rush acceptance

    If the item is unacceptable, do not share the PIN. Use the order tools for help before completion. The acceptance step matters because there is no later PIN Pickup dispute window.

  4. If the meeting does not happen

    Do not enter an acceptance PIN for a handover that has not occurred. Keep the messages and follow the cancellation or no-show instructions on the order.

    Use the Resolution Centre and in-app conversation to raise an issue, exchange evidence and try to agree a resolution before escalation for review.
