    Save the stated reason, date and any case reference. Follow the review or contact instructions in that notice; do not assume every restriction has the same cause or remedy.

  2. Prepare a clear response

    Explain what you believe needs correction and attach relevant listing, ownership or order evidence. Avoid speculation about why the account was restricted. Do not share login codes with anyone offering account recovery.

  3. Resolve open orders where they started

    Keep tracking, receipts and messages. Ask the original service about any open transaction or payment; creating an account elsewhere does not transfer that case.

  4. Prepare a separate selling route

    If you choose SilentSale®, read its eligibility and item rules first. An export you already have can be used for importer drafts; do not assume a restricted account can still obtain an export.

What should I check before completing the order?

For Shipping, report problems within 72 hours after confirmed delivery, or the collection scan for a locker or parcel-shop order. Confirming receipt closes the window early, so inspect first. PIN Pickup is an in-person handover. The buyer inspects the item before sharing their six-digit PIN; the seller enters it in the app to complete the order. The PIN is acceptance. There is no shipping, tracking or post-handover dispute window.
